Welcome to pipeep. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. pipeep is a vehicle rental discovery platform that connects vehicle owners with renters. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and listing vehicles. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Verify the identity and eligibility of users before handing over a vehicle. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Vehicle Listings
Vehicle owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including vehicle condition, features, and availability. pipeep does not guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any vehicle listed on the platform. Renters should inspect vehicles before use.
4. Self-Drive Responsibility (Important)
If a vehicle owner enables self-drive for their listing: • The owner must verify the renter's valid driving license before handover. • The owner must collect any agreed deposit or security amount. • The owner assumes full risk for damage, theft, misuse, or any loss arising from the self-drive arrangement. pipeep is NOT liable for: • Any damage to the vehicle during self-drive. • Theft or loss of the vehicle. • Misuse, accidents, or violations by the renter. • Any disputes between owners and renters regarding self-drive terms.
5. Payments & Transactions
pipeep facilitates discovery and connection between users. The platform does not process payments between owners and renters. Users are responsible for settling payment terms, deposits, and any financial arrangements directly. pipeep is not a party to any transaction between users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pipeep is not responsible for: • Vehicle damage, loss, or theft. • Personal injury or property damage arising from vehicle use. • Fraud, misrepresentation, or disputes between users. • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or breach our community guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
